How often do we get great service in our daily journey ? When I get very good service , it is a time to celebrate . I think that our children should be toughed to be the best at what they are doing . I presented to a high school grade 11 class and spoke to them about how important they are businesses that they may be working for . The students eyes were wide open and I could see them sit up in their seats .Going a extra mile for a client should be the norm and not a exception . The business that have figured out this fact will never be short of clients as well they will have a healthy bottom line .
