Physical exercise not only helps your body but also mind . I find it tough to get to Free Form Fitness to see my trainer because it is easier to be busy doing something else like work ! I have no excuse to miss workouts : exercise equipment at home , company gym , Good Life and Free Form Fitness . The one that I am sure not to miss is my regular work out with a trainer . Having a gym buddy is also an excellent way to make sure you get to the gym . Physical exercise to me has a direct correlation with emotional well being !
