Have you tried to park down town lately ? Yesterday I was looking for a outdoor spot near Bank and Slater and found one after going through a maze of one way streets and no turns allowed . Urban planners should consider how easy is it for anyone to go down town for business or pleasure . Yes there are underground parking garage but they are not the most convenient . With parking lots being converted to buildings maybe we are fortunate to have the facilities for outdoor parking that we do .
